Have no fear, Ruger is here to please!!!(corny, but so true). Ruger has had lots of training and socialization in his short life. He’s bold and confident in the field, and he’s generally calm and affectionate when not working.
Ruger is a 7 month old male who we’ve got a lot of time into. We kept 3 from the litter so that one of our trainers could pick the puppy that he thought he would like for field trials. Unfortunately for Ruger and fortunately for you, he picked the small female.
Ruger walks nicely on leash, is an enthusiastic retriever, loves the water, and has a exceptional nose. He’s a quick learner, has a sweet disposition, and will make a great pet and hunting dog for some lucky family and hunter(s).
